DAILY PROMPT RESPONSE

When the inkwell weeps, I howl.

A writer trapped inside the mind of a psychopath — but not a complete monster. He lets me out sometimes, just long enough to tickle the page, to scrape a little beauty from the wreckage. I don’t write for peace. I write for the rattle of the cage, for the bleed of ink and bone, for the grin that comes before the bite.

I’m Mangus Khan. I write the Memoirs of Madness.

  1. “When the inkwell weeps, I howl.”

I’m the voice that claws from the shadows — a writer tangled in madness, not wholly monster, but never quite sane. I don’t write to soothe; I write to unsettle, to spill truth sharp as shattered glass. Every word is a scar, every page a battleground where beauty and madness collide.

    1. Yes, anyone that makes up entire worlds in their heads has lost it. The only they have locked us up, is because we refuse to tell anyone until we are finished the story.
