The last six months have sucked in their own brand. The brand you find at one of those off beat novelty shops that one has ever heard of and can’t remember how to keep back to. The brand you get a taste of and can’t stand the flavor, but you can’t seem to get rid of. It’s too horrible to give away because you wouldn’t want to wish on your worst enemy. But, I got a bit of good news, I’m going to gr too excited. Don’t want to jinx it, you know. I’m manage it low key. You know, the silent fist pump in the air. The slight smile when no one looking. Stone faced, but joy seeps in the inside. You want to scream and tell the world, but you enjoy the silence, keeping the news to yourself.
Yes, sometimes it’s best to keep certain things to yourself.

One of my favorite Beatles songs. One of the last stories in Ken Kesey’s “Demon Box” is called “Now We Know How Many Holes It Takes to Fill the Albert Hall.” It’s about the death of John Lennon. This stuff is timeless. They put it out 60 years ago and my dogs still look up and bark at the end, when the dog whistle goes. How’s that for reaching through time?

Yes, its so visceral that you touch it and experience it all over again. But this time, our understanding deepens
