this is how I’m feeling …

I can hear my therapist voice in my head….
“Let’s use our coping skills, hmm.”
I remain silent, but think, “Our? What do you mean, our?”
“Let’s review our mantra.”, “One?”
Still silent, “You’re so fired.”
