Personal Reflection
I’ve wasted too many hours trying to outtalk ignorance, explain myself to the unworthy, or fill the air just so I wouldn’t feel the weight of quiet. But silence—real silence—can be sharper than any retort. It leaves space for the truth to echo, for others to hear the hollow in their own noise. And sometimes, holding your tongue is the only way to keep your dignity intact.

Memoirs of Madness 
Just recently in an facebook discussion about a project being approved in our town for new houses. I’m for it, some people were not. Someone said “you must be older” and “don’t know what’s going on”. Considering I’ve lived her all my life, am a business owner here, and stay very in touch, I thought it was better to just not respond to that comment.
