Journaling: Releasing the Good, the Bad & the Ugly

  1. I was journaling for several months or a year but then stopped. It did feel good. I did it in the morning and am always running out of time. Maybe I should try it again but in the evening. I’m a journal junkie – I buy them whenever I see them!

      1. 😂 I’m afraid to use them because I don’t want to “waste” them! I have one I carry around for notes when I’m stuck with nothing and another I have sticky notes dividing it that I use for trip planning and the travel journal.

  2. Great advice!
I’ve always written travel journals and have probably 20 in storage (currently travelling, ha, ha) but now I enter everything straight into WordPress each day. Although I have to agree with you, it’s not the same as using pen and paper – not the same stimulus.
